The venue has a bar that serves cold and hot soft drinks. You are allowed to bring your own alcohol. The bar area opens up to a lounge with comfortable sofas. The main social area leads off to four different playrooms with different themes.

The Boudoir is a luxurious space with sumptuous furnishings and decor. The Moroccan room offers a more exotic experience, featuring bright colours and Middle Eastern influences. The Pirate room, complete with treasure chests. For those looking for something kinkier, the Dungeon provides an array of bondage equipment, from St Andrews Cross to Glory holes for both males and females — a great way to explore your fantasies!

If you’re looking for something a little more relaxed, head upstairs to the cinema room. Here guests can relax and watch a fun film or two in complete comfort. The spa area is perfect for some relaxation time, or maybe even just to cool off after an intense session in one of the playrooms. It includes a hot tub as well as a shower and play area.

The Annex hosts a variety of events such as GreedyGirls and Naughty Angels, which take turns occurring on Wednesday nights. They also have Bi Nights, Hush Hush (a couples-only party), and other events including BDSM/Fetish themes.
